“Another excellent stay at the Bay Tree”

“Having visited before with business it was lovely to return with my family for a sightseeing and leisure trip to London. The house is excellent, very well run and maintained. Being able to park outside was ideal for our needs, and the short walk to Arnos Grove tube very convenient.

Jasmine is very hospitable and we very much enjoyed chatting with her over breakfast. Breakfast itself was superb and set us up for the day. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending to others, will tell friends and family and will definitely return personally when next in London.”

“My husband and I cannot say enough about this warm, cozy, clean, comfortable and convenient accommodation!”

Jasmine, the “hostess with the most-ess” is knowledgeable about London and it’s attractions. The location of her B&B was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The beds were extra cozy. The breakfasts delicious. And just a short 5 minute walk from the tube. The Piccadilly line is user friendly and even us small town folks were able to figure it out easily. This is definitely a five star B&B

“Wonderful Stay for Family”

“Started with a warm welcome from Jasmine, the stay in Bay Tree House is a wonderful experience. Cozy and clean house, convenient location that is close to park, kebab shop, fish & chip shop, convenient store. Breakfast provided is very good in variety, freshness and they are all healthy choices. Love it so much and would definitely come again. “

“Wonderful experience”

“The owner of the B&B is a caring lady who knows how to impress. On christmas day she surprised us with a box of Ferrero Rocher. I booked 2 rooms in December 2017 with my family. Everything was deep clean and scented. The view from my room was particularly british and we could see the park and the train passing by. Breakfast was various and so good. I truly have nothing to complain, will go back as soon as possible.”
